Practice Emphasis:  Civil litigation of all kinds, including a variety of injury and wrongful death claims, as well as admiralty and maritime law (primarily Jones Act and cargo loss/recovery), motor carrier cargo claims, construction claims, toxic tort (asbestos) litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).
